• King was dumped at a shelter in Austin by the scruff of his neck as his owner mumbled something about him not being a pure bred. He had been adopted months prior from the same facility to this wonderful man who had clearly spent the next few months beating King into submission.
  
  One of the trainers that works with CCHS saw his story and offered to take on his case at no cost! She even dropped everything to drive down to Austin to get him to safety.
  
  King is now in foster care where he is making progress daily. He is pretty scared of being touched, not in an aggressive way just in a "don't hit me don't hit me..." tuck in a ball kind of way. King loves other dogs and will probably do best in a home w/ other dog to help him feel more at ease.
  
  King is neutered, current on vaccinations, current on HW prev, and microchipped.
