Oscar was found by local animal control running stray. They held him
as long as they could, then a decision had to be made to put him to
sleep due to a lack of space at the shelter. He so was miserable with
the mange on his face, they had to get him some relief some how. They
sent out a plea for help and CCHS took him in to take care of him. He
is now safe in foster care awaiting a forever home.
He is being treated and making progress, but still has a long way to
go. He is 12 weeks old (as of 5/ 23/10) and approximately 15 pounds.
He is very playful and happy, already picking up on house and crate
training. He loves to play with the other dogs, and so far ignores the
cats. We will keep updating pictures as his condition improves. He is
great w/ people of all shapes and sizes.
